As esteemed dietitians and clinic nutritionists, we offer personalized diet and nutrition guidance following a thorough bodily analysis and health assessment. Our services complement but do not replace those of a physician or doctor.

We value our expertise and the time invested in your health journey. Therefore, we charge for our services and expect mutual respect. Your payment does not entitle you to exploit or disrespect our expertise.

Success in this endeavor hinges on sincerity and commitment from both parties. We commit to providing our best efforts and expect the same from you, emphasizing qualities such as commitment, honesty, respect, and patience throughout the process.

Our aim is to facilitate lifestyle changes, which require time and effort. Please understand that quick fixes for conditions like Thyroid, PCOD/S, or Diabetes are unrealistic. While diseases may not be completely cured, they can be managed effectively through diet and lifestyle modifications addressing root causes rather than symptoms.

We encourage questions to understand the rationale behind our recommendations. However, please refrain from challenging us merely to satisfy ego, as it undermines the trust essential for our collaboration.

While our focus is on natural healing, we may suggest dietary supplements when necessary. It is entirely your choice whether to incorporate them into your regimen, and you may consult your physician if desired. You are under no obligation to take any recommended supplements. You acknowledge that you are accountable for your actions and understand that our role as dietitians is to provide guidance, not control your food choices.

We do not promise specific weight loss amounts like 5, 10, or 20 kilograms. A safe rate of weight loss is typically 2-3 kilograms or inches per month. Sustainable fat loss achieved through our program is maintained with self-discipline and lifestyle changes, rather than temporary measures.

Our diet plans are designed for long-term adherence, promoting permanent lifestyle changes rather than short-term results.

Payment in full is required at the beginning of the program.

Program upgrades are only permitted within the first week from the start date; downgrades are not allowed.

Programs are non-transferable, except under medical or urgent circumstances with appropriate evidence. A standard transfer fee applies if approved.

We discourage breaks as they disrupt the continuity of dietary and lifestyle changes. However, if necessary, you may request a pause. Approved pauses allow a maximum of 3 weeks in a 6-month program or 6 weeks in a 12-month program. Pauses do not apply to 1 or 3-month programs.

If you miss an appointment without prior notification, it is your responsibility to contact us and arrange for a rescheduled appointment.

Our policy states that once payment for a program is made, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances due to the nature of the services provided.
